My understanding of

Malcolm - my full sympathies with you - understand perfectly well how you are automatically assumed to know how to do these "agility" things, after all we have only watched it for the last decade or so...
But then, what else would we do on a bright sunny Sunday morning. It could be worse and be a Monday and we have to go to work.
